Facilities

The Paulista Hotel, offer you a complete facilities range, only found in a few Hotels at Porto.

Among the numerous facilities, we underline:

- Porto city Map supplied by the welcome desk when you arrive.
- Information about important tourist monuments and places, supplied by welcome desk.
- Languages we speak: English, French, Spanish.
- Welcome desk and bags service, open 24h a day (free).
- Breakfast is not included on stay price, having a cost of 5.00 EUR/person.
- Pub and Laundry services.
- Free use of our Fax.
- Personal wake up ring service.
- Restaurant, city-tours and rent-a-car reservation.
- Internet access point at the living room.
- Satellite and Cable Television.

Parking:
Covered Private Parking facilities.

Rooms:

We have 20 comfortable rooms, in a total amount of 36 beds.

Some of them includes a private  balcony, and view to Porto city and Aliados Avenue.

Security:

At Paulista Hotel, we care about your security, we are equipped with:

- Fire detection and combat system.
- Safe to preserve your personal values.

Electric Delivery:

- The electric delivery connections, works with alternating current of 230V.

Time table and other information:

Paulista Hotel is open 24hours a day.

- On arrival day, the room can be occupied after 2.00 PM.

- On leaving day, the room should be free till 11.30 AM.

- The breakfast is served after 7.30 Am till 10.00 AM, and has a cost of 10.00 EUR/Person

- A Continental breakfast can be served, upon prior request till 9.00 PM of the previous day at the welcome desk, with an extra charge of 10.00 EUR/Person

Payments:

- Stays are paid for the total amount of the reservation, regardless of the way used (Online, Telephone, Fax, Desk, etc)

- The Hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay, at any time after receiving the reservation

- We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Credit Cards.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do it 48 hours in advance from your arrival date, without the right to be refunded from part or all of the reservation amount.

No show

In case of no show, we'll charge your credit card, with the full amount of the stay booked.

Delay or upgrade stays:

Conditioned by its availability the Paulista Hotel, would accept the delay or to upgrade your stay, under the following conditions:

- Check-out after 11.30 AM till 3.00 PM, against a tax payment of 15.00 EUR/Person.

- Check-out after 03.00 PM till 06.00 PM, against a tax payment of 75% over the stay value.

- Check-out after 06.00 PM, is considered and charged as one more day stay.
